
Step it Up! is now in its third year of promoting physical activity for adults in our region. We continue to focus on improving the quality of life of the adult population by reaching the three main goals of the initiative:
To increase the proportion of adults who engage in leisure-time physical activity.
To increase the proportion of adults who engage in moderate physical activity for at least 30 minutes per day 5 days or more a week.
Increase the proportion of adults who engage in vigorous physical activity for at least 20 minutes a day 3 days a week.
